Great tasting food with wide variety

This is one of my best tingkat experience! Firstly, there has not been a single repeat of dishes since I started a month ago. Secondly, the customer service is EXCELLENT. Very customer oriented, patient and prompt to support. Was able to be flexible in meeting customer's needs (such as changing out 1 portion of the dish to be non-pork to cater to my muslim helper). Last but not least, the food is really good! Not too salty and great tasting for most of the dishes. I must commend the soup which is very similar to home cooking. Kudos to the team for making a very good effort to provide variety and i can see this will benefit the long term customers (not having to eat the same thing over and over). The quality of their food is also fantastic. Not really using those processed food (like hotdogs etc). Also, you need to check out their Kids Meal! So cute and nicely packaged and inviting! My family's loving it.

Empress Porridge tingkat is truly fantastic.

We have been ordering the tingkat for close to a year now and we still look forward to dinner every night. The menu is interesting and varied, and the quality of the food is good, surpassing even some restaurants. Portions are generous too! Highly recommended.

Best Tingkat

Most variety tingkat we have ever tried. We have been ordering for half a year now and we are still looking forward for our dinner delivers every night. The owner is very thoughtful in preparing every single dishes and planing the menu. So far we have not seen any repetition yet. Amazing! We love the dessert and kids meal every week too.

Best Tingkat Caterer

Everything is great. Food quality and presentation - excellent. Lots of variety and special touches from them that makes it feel worthwhile. Well-packaged and delivered. Delivery person is always cheerful and waits instead of leaving it at the door. Price is not cheap but after trying Tingkat catering for a while, it's hard to go back to others after this.

Healthy & Balanced Tingkat

We enjoyed their wholesome soup that came with every meal. All dishes were clearly freshly prepared and sent to us individually sealed containers. The delivery is always timely and food is still hot inside the thermal bag. Our compliments on the creative and interesting menu, easy for the addition of other home cooked dishes if so required.

Food and service are superb. Food very delicious. And they have kids meal. My family loves this caterer a lot. Food not salty, not thirsty after consuming as well. Food taste very on point. Service also super on point. Very clear with what's on their menu each week. The food is never on repeat mode. They put in a lot of effort in preparing their dishes. Pricing could be a little expensive if compare to other, I paid for the nice food and superb service. Please try ordering from them.

Best Lunch Bento

The lunch bentos from Empress Porridge look and taste great! No msg, fresh ingredients (some providers simply heat up frozen prepared food items), a lot of variety, food comes in reusable warmer bag. Over the past few months, I tried a few tingkat providers, and none were satisfactory. Empress Porridge is totally one level higher. I strongly recommend!
